- If Chen accepts your coverage, your Chen representative will help you call your health plan to change your Primary Care Physician (PCP) to a Chen doctor. This normally takes just a few minutes.
- If Chen does not accept your coverage, your Chen representative can refer you to an agent that can help you choose a new plan that works with Chen. Or, you can work with your own agent.
