About Efrain Martinez
As a high school student in Havana, Cuba, Dr. Efrain Martinez volunteered at a hospital, where he helped with patients’ social needs. He knew then that he wanted to be in a healing profession.
For more than 44 years now, Dr. Martinez has cared for patients in a variety of settings. Knowing that seniors often have more complex medical needs, Dr. Martinez strives to build trusting relationships and provide the highest level of care. “I want seniors to have confidence about their care,” he says, “and live as free from poor health and its complications as possible.”
In his personal time, Dr. Martinez likes to talk with his family, read, listen to classical music, watch movies, swim, stay up to date on politics and travel.
