When Margali Sagaille started off on her path toward becoming a nurse, she knew that her career would allow her to help many people. But, once she completed her academic and clinical training, she knew she wanted to do more.
“I enjoy this work tremendously, especially caring for mature adults,” Margali says. “I knew I wanted to be a nurse practitioner after I earned my BSN. I discovered I could continue using my nursing skills and also practice medicine. I’m comfortable taking care of seniors. And it’s rewarding when I’ve treated a patient and they say that I ‘fixed them.’”
