Betsabe Santana is passionate about caring for others. “This profession is about love and caring for another person’s well-being,” she says. She finds it important to be accessible. “We celebrate every good result. I call patients for their labs once I received them, or as a follow-up when they are not doing so well,” she explains. She strives to explain everything clearly. “It is very important to me that patients feel comfortable bringing their problems to me,” she says. She enjoys loves for her senior patients and feels a special connection with each of them.
When not with patients, Betsabe Santana can be found enjoying time with her husband and two sons. “They are my core support,” she says. She also likes Sudokus and dominos.
