At a young age, Dalgis Burgos Chang knew she wanted to follow in her mother’s footsteps to work in healthcare. “I love this profession. I love what I do every day,” she says. Her favorite part of being a family nurse practitioner is developing relationships with patients and seeing their health improve. “Always, I try to understand the patient and their feelings,” she says. She takes pride in providing her senior patients with support and love. “I always try to bring a smile to our consult,” she says. She often reviews new information, so she can up to date with the latest medical advancements.
When not with patients, Dalgis Burgos Chang can be found spending time with her family. They love exploring new places and watching movies.
