For D’Jonson Jn Baptiste, becoming a healthcare provider was “a childhood dream.” He explains, “The reason was to help the underserved communities in my country, Haiti.” His favorite part of working in the medical field is “advocating for patients for better care outcomes.” He likes building relationships with patients by establishing trust, and he always aims to treat patients with dignity. “I have always been passionate about caring for my elderly people,” he says. If he could change anything about the current healthcare system, he would “reduce healthcare disparities.”
When he is not caring for patients, D’Jonson Jn Baptiste likes watching and playing sports with his son. They particularly enjoy soccer and basketball.
