About Yailier R. Milanes Arias
At a young age, I discovered my passion to help people to have a better quality of life,” Yailier R. Milanes Arias explains. His favorite part of his profession is building relationships with patients. He particularly enjoys caring for the senior population. He aims to treat his patients with “love and compassion” and adds that he always has a smile on his face. He tries to imagine himself in his patients’ shoes to better help them. “I treat my patients as I would like to be treated by others,” he says.
In his down time, Yailier R. Milanes Arias can be found going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with family. He also enjoys meeting new people and organizaing team-building activities at work.
